Step 1: Click on any image and button will be visible for 5 seconds.
Step 2: Click on that button to the selected image.
Step 3: If you didn't get chance to click on button, repeat first 2 steps again.

Videos:
Step 1: First turn off Auto play Videos in Feed from Cellular Data option in settings screen of Instagram.
Step 2: Play any video and button will be visible for 5 seconds. Click on that button to the selected video.
Step 3: If you didn't get a chance to click on button. Just scroll down a little bit, then come back and repeat 2nd step again.

Stories :
Step 1: Click on the button.

For Twitter
Photos and GIFs:
Step 1: Open an image or gif to full screen.
Step 2: Click on the button.
