◎ QR application: You can easily apply for treatment through the app without having to go through the desk by scanning the hospital's unique QR code.
◎ Medical treatment reservation: You can make a medical reservation by selecting the date and time you want to receive hospital treatment.
◎ Medical Notebook: Record prescriptions and medical fee receipts and manage them conveniently. You can fill out the national checkup questionnaire in advance and send it to the hospital through the app.
◎ Actual loss insurance claim: You can immediately file an actual loss insurance claim through the app without attaching cumbersome documents.
◎ Find a hospital: You can easily search for a hospital near you or that fits your symptoms.

Hello 100 APP requires the following access rights to provide services.

◎ Required access rights
- Notification: This is necessary to provide notifications regarding service use, such as treatment reception information and turn information.
- Location information: Location information is required to provide customized medical/hospital information and to find nearby hospitals and pharmacies.
-Camera: Permission required to scan QR code to for treatment and receive non-face-to-face video call treatment.
- Microphone: This permission is required for non-face-to-face video call treatment.
◎ Optional access rights (You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access rights)
- Photo: This permission is required to create a profile and attach a photo to be ed when ing for non-face-to-face medical treatment.
- Phone: Permission required to use the hospital/pharmacy/customer center calling function.
- Save: Permission required to save photos and files required to use the service.
※ You can change the settings in your phone's Settings > App Information > Hello 100 > App Permissions.
